TERM
AND CONDITIONS
- All
Rates are quoted per room and per night stay
(single/double), include one time breakfast for two (2)
adults only.
- All
Rates are quoted in United States Dollar, inclusive
twenty-one percent (21%) service charge and prevailing
government tax. The above rate is strictly valid for FIT
only.
CHECK-IN
AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

50%
of the above rate is being charged for day use until 18.00,
thereafter the full rate applies

Check
in time is 14.00, early check in upon request and subject to
availability.

Check
out time is 12.00, late check out (until 14.00) upon request
and subject to availability.

It is not possible
to guarantee that all rooms will be available at any given
time during high occupancy periods.

Every effort will
be made by the Hotel to place guests in rooms as selected in
this agreement.

The Hotel reserves
the right to substitute room types where a particular room
type is unavailable at check in, subject to conditions
beyond our control.

Should such
conditions exists, the Hotel will upgrade the room type if
at all possible and/or make the room available when
conditions permit.
EXTRA
GUESTS, ROLL-AWAYS, AND CRIBS

Guestroom
charges are based on two (2) occupants per room.

More
than two (2) people per room, not to exceed three (3), are
subject to an additional per person charge applicable to the
Hotel.

Children
05 - 12 years of age are free when occupancy is in the same
room with parents or legal guardian and using existing
bedding. Only Breakfast will be charged per child per night.

Rollaway
beds are subject to additional charges applicable to the
Hotel
